Dynaflex
EPS Void Form for Subgrade Uplift Protection
Dynaflex is a solid EPS void form designed to protect grade beams, pile caps, structural slabs, and other concrete elements from frost heave and expansive soil uplift.
- Protects against subgrade uplift
- Compressible EPS Void Form
- Freeze-Thaw Resistant
- Low Moisture Absorption
What is Dynaflex?
Dynaflex is a rigid, closed-cell expanded polystyrene (EPS) compressible fill used beneath grade beams, structural slabs, pile caps, and other near-grade concrete elements. As a solid void form, it compresses under soil movement to help protect structural concrete from damage caused by swelling clay soils and freezing subgrade materials.
Dynaflex Applications
- Grade beams
- Structural slabs
- Pile caps
- Concrete Structural Elements at or Near Grade

How Does Void Form Work?
Void forms are used to create space beneath structural elements so movement in the underlying soil can occur without transferring damaging pressure into the structure. Beaver offers multiple void form solutions designed for different applications and site conditions:
